A combination of Habanero Orange Salami, Colorado Beef Green Chile Salami, Fennel Pollen Salami, Dry Chorizo Salami and ‘Nduja Spreadable Salami. Made from antibiotic-free, humanely raised pork and Angus beef sourced from a co-op of family-owned farms in the Midwest and Colorado that are committed to a strict code of responsible animal husbandry. All salamis are naturally cured with celery powder and sea salt.


Habanero Orange Salami - Made with antibiotic-free, humanely raised pork with habanero peppers and orange zest, giving it a great southwestern kick.

Beef Green Chile Salami – A true Colorado masterpiece. Made with antibiotic-free, humanely raised Colorado Angus beef and Pueblo Green Chile Peppers.

Fennel Pollen Salami – Made with antibiotic-free, humanely raised pork, seasoned with fennel pollen and white wine that is fermented and dried for 3 months.

Dry Chorizo Salami – An all-pork salami made with Spanish paprika, cumin, coriander, and garlic, fermented and dried. Great sliced in sandwiches, fried, baked or grilled, this salami can be spice up a variety of dishes or culinary inventions.

‘Nduja Salami – A spicy, spreadable salami made with antibiotic-free, humanely raised pork and imported Calabrian chile peppers.
